Freeman Beauty #BAREFOOTbliss #contest

Thanks to Influenster, I recently had the opportunity to try Freeman Beauty #BAREFOOTbliss Exfoliating Polish absolutely free. Let me tell you, I'm so glad that I had this opportunity!

Upon receiving my free coupon I headed straight to my Walmart to find it on the shelves. It was so easy to find. It was the only brand shaped like a foot! I absolutely loved the packaging. We all know not to judge a book by the cover, it's the inside that really counts.

That night I couldn't wait to open my foot shaped bottle to see what was inside. When I opened it, I immediately noticed the fresh scent. The next thing I noticed was the wonderful blue, shimmery color of the polish- loved it! It looked expensive to me. At 5.99 for 5.3 oz. this product is anything but expensive! Now it was time for the true test! I followed the directions which state to gently massage onto damp skin with fingertips and rinse. BAM! Instant love followed after. I LOVED the texture of the polish on my skin. The coarseness made me truly aware of the exfoliation taking place.  The aroma, the feeling, the softness of my skin after I rinsed-I felt like I was at the spa! The directions state to use this about twice a week, well...I love it so much that I use it about every other day! Don't you wish you could go to the spa every other day? I know I do, but let's face it, I can't afford that! At 5.99 a bottle, I CAN afford to use Freeman Beauty BAREFOOT every other day and bring a little piece of the spa to my home!

Huge thank you to Influenster for introducing me to this product. It's the newest staple in my bathroom.  Love having a little piece of the spa right at home with me!

Crowdtap Viva Vantage Review

I recently had the opportunity to sample and share Viva Vantage paper towels. I'm very excited that I got to try these for free thanks to crowdtap!

When I received my package I was itching to open it up and check out what was inside. So, that's exactly what I did. I found four rolls of Viva Vantage paper towels. Two of these rolls were choose-a-size and two rolls were not. I loved the colors of the packaging and how the packaging was clearly marked. The words strength, stretch, and softness popped out to me. Next my eye was drawn to where it said "V-Flex Weave for great scrubbing power." I had no idea exactly what a V-Flex Weave was, but scrubbing power sounded like a good thing to me. I then turned the package over and saw an image that helped me understand what V-Flex Weave was all about-I'll share it below. My initial reaction to the product was a great one, the packaging screamed quality to me! We all know not to judge a book by its cover, so I was excited to try these out.

I immediately ripped into the paper towels to see if they were as great on the inside as they were on the outside. First I felt the paper towel. It had a great texture, it didn't feel thin and flimsy like some do, it was soft as promised and I could actually see the weave in the paper towel. Next I tugged on the paper towel to test it's strength. It was actually flexible and didn't rip like most paper towels would. It almost felt more cloth-like than paper-like! Now just to wait for something to try it out on!

.
It wasn't long before I had my first huge mess to really put these towels to the test. My daughter, Kaylie, decided it would be a wonderful idea to dip graham crackers into the bathtub, then fling them all over the bathroom. I wasn't amused, but it was the perfect first test for my Viva Vantage paper towels. Big brother, Devon, was excited to help me test them out. We simply sprayed the mess and got to scrubbing like we normally would with our Bounty paper towels. The results were ahh-maaaazzz-inngg!!! I really wish I had remembered to take pictures of the actual paper towel when we were done scrubbing, but mommy brain took over and I forgot. I blame it on my three month old. :). But anyway....I used half as many towels as I normally would. I was able to do some serious scrubbing without breaking through the paper towel. I was seriously impressed. The V-Flex Weave really does it's job!

Since then I have used these paper towels for many "sticky situations" - from messes on the stove to cleaning up massive messes from my son's yucky diapers (I'll spare you the picks on that one). I haven't found any mess that Viva Vantage Paper Towels can't handle. I truly believe the unique V-Flex Weave gives them a considerable advantage above all the rest. That's why I'm saying bye-bye to Bounty and helloooo Viva Vantage! BzzAgent Taco Bell Bottled Sauce Review

Both my husband and I had the opportunity to give this great sauce a try, thanks to BzzAgent, so things have been getting pretty saucy around here.  I have tried many sauce combinations that I never dreamed I would ever try.  I'll get into that a little later first I want to tell you about the product I received.

In my BzzKit I received Taco Bell's Mild and Fire Sauces.  I like both in the packet form so I was excited to try them from the bottle.  The first thing I noticed about the bottles was that they seemed to be very good quality.  I like that they are glass, not plastic.  I also love that it is a clear bottle which allowed me to see the sauce right away.  Next I opened the Mild Sauce because it is my favorite in packet form.  Right away I noticed there is no type of stopper on the bottle.  I'm glad I noticed otherwise I may have made a mess (like my husband did.)
Now it was time to give the sauce the taste test.  Would it taste just like the sauce in the packets? Unlike my husband who just poured it out all over his finger, I dipped a pretzel into the sauce to try it out.  DELICIOUS! It absolutely did taste just like the packets I would receive at Taco Bell.  Now that I knew the sauces had the familiar taste, I couldn't wait to use the bottles to try out recipes that I never would have thought to use the packets for!
The Mild Sauce is just like the name says.  It has a mild heat to it.  I mainly use the Mild Sauce for toppings and dipping because I find the Fire Sauce to be too much spice for me.  The Fire Sauce definitely puts off the heat!  I use the Fire Sauce inside recipes when I want to make sure the heat pops through.  For example, I like a little spice with my sweet so one day I decided to mix some Fire Sauce with chocolate, LOVED it!  I took I t a step further and added some salty, spicy chocolate covered pretzels....YUM!  That is just one crazy combination I came up with.  There are so many possibilities with this sauce, with the range from mild, to hot, to fire, there is a Taco Bell Sauce out there for everyone.  I highly recommend this to everyone!

Boots Botanics Ionic Clay Mask Review

Today I’m reviewing Boots Botanics Ionic Clay Mask.  I received it complimentary of Influenster in my J’Adore Vox Box.  I had never used a mask like this before, now I will never go without this mask again.  When I first opened the bottle to squeeze the mixture out, I thought there was something wrong because it was somewhat liquid-y.  I had expected it to be a thick mixture and was a little taken aback when it just poured out into my hand.  After shaking the container, still thinking something wasn't quite right, I poured out a little more.  Much to my surprise it still had a liquid like consistency.  I decided just to go with it.  Applying it to my face was simple and the fact that it wasn't thick made this mask apply smooth and it didn't take much to cover my entire face.  At this point my daughter walked in the bathroom and screamed because "Mommy turned into a monster!"  Once I got her calmed down I noticed the amazingly tight feeling of my face.  To me this meant the mask must be working!  After waiting the recommended 10 minutes I washed the mask off and became just Mommy again, no more Mommy Monster.  :)  I was AMAZED at how much I LOVED how my face felt.  I really can’t express this enough through text.  My face was glowing, my skin felt tight and to the touch it was soft and smooth.  I realized this is what I had been missing in my life.  This is now my new favorite way to pamper myself.  I can't quite go to the spa weekly, but I can use my Boots Botanics Shine Away Ionic Clay Mask.  In case you haven't already guessed, I highly recommend this product to every woman out there. Have you tried the mask?  Did you love it as much as I did?
